Cocteau Twins is a popular musical group from Grangemouth, Scotland. The band's musical style can be described as a combination of ambient and dream pop. Robin Guthrie (guitar) and Will Heggie (bass), both from Grangemouth, Scotland, formed the Cocteau Twins in 1980. At a local disco, Nash, they met Elizabeth Fraser, who eventually provided vocals.
