What is special about Garbage is they offer a good and quality style of rock. There are other rock bands that do the same, but they are either to inaccessible for mainstream listeners, or too mainstream, and they lose their edge. However, Garbage, somewhat like Evanescence, have an accessible quality that is quite rare in the music world.
