About Slick Rick
Born Richard Walters in London, England, better known as Slick Rick of the Bronx, best recognized by the eyepatch he wears over his right eye. Slick Rick made his grand entrance onto the hip hop scene in the early 80s with the song La Di Da Di and has received the industry's respect ever since, most recently in Amy Winehouse's lyrics to Me & Mr Jones (Fuckery).
