About Weather Report
Formed in 1970 from some of the former Miles Davis musicians, Weather Report was an influential jazz fusion band that played highly complicated compositions, mixing up jazz with other elements and styles from R&B, funk and rock. Of all the Miles-alumni bands, Weather Report lasted longer than any and was regarded, artistically, the highest.
